You accept and terms you agree with them and are obliged to obey the they describe all rights and obligations of both parties - Bgairporttransfers and the client. No other conditions can not be applied.

TRANSFER SERVICES - CONDITIONS

(1.1) Ordering service for transfers from our website you agree to be bound by these legal conditions of use and refer to your order. These conditions apply to all transfers from us. You and we agree that only these conditions apply.

(1.2) You must be at least 18 years old to order service 'transfer', using the method of payment on our website.

(1.3) To order a shuttle service, you must follow the instructions provided in our website or sent to your offer. All requests for transfer services must be made at least 24 hours before your departure.

(1.4) If your order is accepted, we will confirm this through the email address you provided when booking.

(1.7) Bgairporttransfers responsible for booking your transfer and will do everything possible to be welcomed to transfer you to the place and time specified in your reservation. Bgairporttransfers will not be responsible for losses caused by legitimate and unavoidable delays, for you are responsible to keep the transfer, so that can be taken in time. Bgairporttransfers not responsible for your losses (including, for example missed flight / bus / train), due to the fact that you have not allowed sufficient time for your transfer and all procedures related to that.

 (1.8) If your flight is delayed towards Bulgaria, booking your transfer will be automatically changed and our representative will meet you according to new hour of you arrival. Please note that you may need to pay additional accommodation nights to the driver, if imposed on them.

(1.9) If your flight is diverted in direction Bulgaria for some reason to another airport / destination, we will make the necessary efforts to organize your transfer again of the initial place on making, but according to your new arrival time. In a situation in which our a notification of such change on flight from you is too late , you may need to make a new booking for the transfer and pay additional charges.

(2.0) If your flight is diverted for any reason, we recommend that you contact us as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that under the terms of most airlines, the responsibility to be transported to the initial airport is the airline itself.

(2.1) All shuttle service from your hotel / address to the airport must be confirmed on Bgairporttransfers, responsible for your reservations at least 24 hours before your departure from the hotel / address. It is your responsibility to confirm the time and place of making you from the driver.

(2.2) In case of no show or cancellation of bookings made less than 24 hours before making the amount for transfer WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

(2.8) Please note that Bulgaria has banned the transportation of babies and children without appropriate child seat, depending on their height and weight. We provide free child seats. However, we recommend that you bring your own child seat for your child to ensure his safety and comfort.

(2.9) We reserve the right in our reasonable discretion, to terminate your transfer service if your behavior or that of your accompanying persons It is destructive in any momentwhatever manner and / or affects your safety and the safety of the driver. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred to you and your accompanying persons as a result of such behavior.

(3.0) Passengers are not allowed as to wear alcoholic beverages in the car during the transfer to be consumed, throughout time the duration of the transfer. We further reserve the right to refuse transport to a customer who is visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 (3.2) Bgairporttransfers can not be responsible for any consequences arising as a result of one, several or all of the listed below:

a) guilt of the customer and / or accompanying him persons.

b) guilt of persons who have no contractual relationship with Bgairporttransfers.

c) event or circumstance that we could not predict or prevent. This may involve (but is not limited to) emergence of force majeure, such as described in these terms.

(3.3) Transfer services are only for your personal use and this is a consumer contract.
